I am SO excited to share this blog!  For a few reasons.  Firstly, because I can’t wait to show Bowie’s parents, who have been waiting very patiently to see this whole thing polished and put together.  But also, I am excited to finally be able to offer something fresh and heartwarming to ALL of my new lifestyle clients!

Introducing The Lifestyle Collection AND Memories in Motion!  Memories in Motion are short films that can be captured during your lifestyle or outdoor photography session with Raindance Photography!  For a VERY LIMITED TIME (like, for the next 5 lifestyle sessions that are booked in the North Bay/Callander Area) I will be including one of these sweet films COMPLIMENTARY  in your regular full session package!  These are great for young families, newborns, babies, children, and pets… basically anything that you want to freeze in time and cherish forever!

Introductory pricing is still available until December 31, 2019.  If you know you would like a session in 2020 and want to take advantage of this years’ promotional pricing, book in before the end of the year and I will honour this pricing for you.  After these 5 special offer sessions are gone, Memories in Motion films will be available as an upgrade to your regular portrait package at an introductory price of $300+hst.

 So, what are “Lifestyle Sessions”?  First, let me be clear, that I will ALWAYS offer my signature classic studio look that my clients have come to know and love.  But, if I didn’t admit that a part of me felt like it was missing by not offering this super candid, super sentimental style of photography as well, then I’d be leaving out part of my own story.  Lifestyle Photography is where I help you tell a story about your life.  Lifestyle Photography takes a glimpse into a snippet of a day in your life by using your own home and personal surroundings as a backdrop for your session.  So that as your environment changes (or stays the same) you can see how your family has grown and changed WITHIN IT over the years by freezing these moments in time forever.  It’s a little bit more candid than studio sessions.  It’s definitely more personal.  It focuses on the connection between you and your loved ones and photographing your family in the comfort of their own environment can really help to bring out more real, raw emotion.
