In the spirit of being super excited about the nicer weather and absolutely DYING to get outdoors, I thought I would share this little ray of sunshine with you today! I have been working with Sophie since she was 1, and it has been a pleasure to watch her grow into a beautiful little lady over the years. I am pretty darn excited to continue to document her life as it moves into the next exciting stage of becoming a big sister by this Summer! Sophie is going to be the most phenomenal big sister, and if her little sibling has nearly as much character as she does, I’m in for a real treat! 😉

Summer Family Photo Sessions | Barrie Family and Child Photographer
I have so many fun family photo sessions from last season that I haven’t ever had the opportunity to share, and with the 2016 outdoor season upon us, I thought now was the perfect time to start sharing! I met up with this fun family last summer at The Field for an extended family session. You never know what you’re going to get with little boys of this age as well as a toddler! We had so much fun that night and the end result was some super fun family photos to cherish forever. 🙂

Ellis and Jack | Barrie Twin Newborn Baby Photographer
I can’t really describe how excited I get when I get an inquiry for a twin newborn session! My absolute passion is newborn photography, so having the rare opportunity to photograph multiples is a treat! I met these two little munchkins back in February in my Barrie Photography Studio, and with the help of my trusted assistant Nikki, these sweet babies let us put them through six different sets , both together and individually in 1 hour and 30 minutes! Almost unheard of considering most singleton newborn sessions take north of 3 hours to complete!
I couldn’t WAIT for Ellis and Jack’s parents to come back in for their Reveal Session so that I could show them their gallery. I loved being able to help them sort through their favourites and choose which products and images were going to look best on their walls. They ended up choosing an AMAZING statement piece for their home (keep scrolling, you’ll see it!)

When she arrived for her newborn session here in my cozy little Barrie photography studio, I couldn’t get over the amount of HAIR that she had! She was such an absolute doll to work with and I love how her gallery turned out!

Anyone who’s visited my studio has seen the array of different products that I offer to all of my clients to complement their sessions. WHAT ARE THEY?
These sessions are limited edition mini sessions to capture those magnificent milestones that your baby will experience in their first year of life. These sessions are appropriate for babies 3-12 months of age. They are not appropriate for cake smash sessions. 1 Baby only (unless they are a twin or triplet, etc.)
WHEN ARE THEY?
These sessions can take place any time (Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 1:30pm) within 2016! They are limited edition though, which means that there are a limited number available before bookings close (and who knows when that will happen!) Best to book early to ensure yourself a timeslot, even if you want to book later in the year. 🙂

I met this squishy little bundle back in February for his newborn session in my cozy Barrie Photography Studio. He was just days old at the time, and he had to be the sleepiest, squishiest, little bundle of sweetness ever! I had a run of VERY alert little babies in February, so little Eli’s session was a breeze!

The Falco Family | Barrie Baby, Child, and Family Photographer
I know it’s only March… I know we didn’t really have THAT long of a winter… but I’m about to throw a child-sized tantrum because I want to be outdoors shooting in the gorgeous, comforting warmth of summer! I want to smell flowers and swat away mosquitos, and chase sweaty little children and their families around a field in the setting, golden sunlight because that’s what I LOVE!
Ok… end pity party. 😛 Instead, I will share a favourite session from last Fall with one of my favourite families ever! I’ve been working with them for a very long time, and love every opportunity that I have to capture their awesome personalities!

I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this gorgeous, squishy little babe! I had worked with her brother two years earlier, and I knew that if she was even half as sweet as he was, I was going to have an amazing gallery that I would fall in love with!
I cannot wait for the next rush of newborns that are scheduled to grace my studio in April! I have been off for the last week with my kiddos for March Break, so I’m missing my newborn baby cuddles! Isabella | Barrie Newborn Baby Photographer
I met little Isabella last month for her newborn session here in my Barrie Photography Studio, she was only days old at the time. 🙂 I loved everything about how Isabella’s gallery turned out. She was such an amazing little poser and I’m currently restraining myself from outfitting my entire studio with product samples from her session alone! 😉
